We use approved insulated shipping boxes with foam lining, along with heat or cooling packs as needed, to safely transport your spider based on current weather conditions.

Every spider is shipped in our custom-built secure transport container system, designed to protect them through every step of transit.

Includes a printed Quick Care Guide with acclimation steps, feeding tips, and essential care information.
You can select Home Delivery or FedEx Hub Pick up. Shipping options are priced based on service level and selections made at checkout determines how your spider is fulfilled. If Home delivery address is provided but shipping option does not support it, your order will be held at a FedEx Hub for pick up.
Select a SHIP OUT DAY your spider will arrive the following day at the shipping address provided. Failure to choose a day can result in shipping delays. All shipping days are preset for processing times, Holidays and shipping days.
You will receive a FedEx tracking # on ship out day.
We recommend installing the FedEX app on mobile and setting up push notification's so your promptly notified of Delivery
